Application

Doors can be provided to offer 4 hours fire resistance on a double fire door set and 6 hours on a single fire door set. 

Both double and single doorsets can be provided with glazing and still offer the same fire resistance.

Cost effective and energy saving, all doors are tailored to suit individual opening requirements and are suitable for a range of industrial uses.

Panels

  • Composite panels constructed from galvanised steel skins, in-filled with high density polyurethane foam to offer an exceptional ‘u’ value of 0.43.
  • The ends of each panel are capped with galvanised steel channels and the top and bottom panels are fitted with extruded aluminium cappings.
  • Compressible seals are fitted between each door panel and rubber weather seals are fitted to the top, bottom and sides of each door.
  • Double glazed vision panels available in single or multiple panels.
  • Fully glazed ‘Panoramic’ options.

Lift Types

The door track systems are designed to suit the headroom available above the opening and where necessary, the pitch of the roof.

  • Low headroom.
  • Standard lift – also available pitched to follow the line of the roof.
  • High lift – also available pitched to follow the line of the roof.
  • Vertical lift.

Counterbalance

All doors are provided with counterbalance spring assemblies, individually calculated according to the door size and lift type to ensure ease of operation.

  • Highest grade steel springs.
  • Spring break and cable break devices fitted as standard.

  • Outer skin  –  Plastisol or architectural polyester.
  • Inner skin  – White polyester.
